THE COUNTER-ATTACK HAS BEGUN!

In the short term the FDA and DOJ attacks on health food will benefit the wealthy natural product manufacturers and health food stores, as it does get rid of the smaller competition who can’t exist under such evil. Our government will just destroy the weak first. What about the herbalist who just helps people and is barely surviving in this economy while defending hostile attacks by the FDA and DOJ? Is this where we cut off our roots and say good bye to the local health food store, herbalists, and natural health practitioners who aren’t wealthy?
AND THEN THOSE WHO ARE?
You must be aware that the most recent tactic of the FDA and DOJ is to send 17 pages (more or less) of threats against any herbalist or health food reseller that calls herbs food, despite historical, traditional, and scientific evidence that herbs and supplements are foods and they are GOOD FOR YOUR HEALTH. FDA and DOJ says “herbs and supplements are drugs if they are good for your health” and if herbalists, health food stores, or anyone they want to target, WILL NOT SIGN AN ADMISSION OF GUILT, they will bring the full force of a federal lawsuit against them, stopping them immediately from manufacturing health food products or selling them, and LATER if the store or herbalist does everything they demand, and spends countless hours making every change that refers to the actual nutritional value of the herb or supplement, you will still have to hire a lawyer. You will need at least $100,000.00 to defend yourself from the FDA and DOJ. If you are stupid or intimidated enough to sign a false admission of guilt then you get to pay the mafia style FDA agents $25 per hour, per agent, to harass you and cause business disruptions until you are out of business. No business can operate under such government tyranny and that is their goal.
There is another “elephant in the room” that no-one, even in the alternative media, has addressed yet.
People who take care of their health normally live longer. Often, a whole lot longer. If American citizens “die off” quicker the government doesn’t have to pay out as much in social security.
I have filed a complaint in United States District Court against the U.S. Food & Drug Administration and the U.S. Department of Justice. The American people must be alerted that the FDA and DOJ have declared war on health foods, alternative health care practitioners, and me personally. I will respond with radio and TV media interviews, post office, and internet mailings to health food stores and others, and an internet blog, as well as any other avenues available to alert the American people of this gross misuse of government power and travesty of justice.
What can you do to help?
First, you can contribute by downloading the original lawsuit for $4.95.
You will help yourself as well. I believe you will find this lawsuit extremely educational.
Second, you may want to be able to fight your own case against the FDA, other federal government alphabet agencies, or even state agencies and bureaucrats who have overstepped their bounds. Not everyone can afford a lawyer. In fact, 80% of the population cannot afford a lawyer, a situation similar to that of someone in a gunfight who can’t afford bullets. Worse, 4 out of 5 lawyers are lazy and/or incompetent.
There’s an old adage that intelligence can often be substituted for money. If you have the brains and the will to fight back, you can be your own lawyer. For more on how to do this, go to Brown's Legal Research.
Third, for those of you who are really determined to fight back, we may be able to conduct two day seminars on how to use the legal system without a lawyer. It’s not as difficult as you might think. For example:
Any legal situation consists of only three facets:
Facts. That’s what happened.
Law. These are constitutional provisions, laws enacted by the legislature, and how the courts have interpreted (or mis-interpreted) them. To look up what the law is, you simply need to learn how to use the indexing system. 28 U.S.C. § 1654, for instance, simply means Title 28 (judiciary and judicial procedures), U.S.C means United States Code, and 1654 is the number of a particular statute that has been “on the books” since 1792:
Sec. 1654. Appearance personally or by counsel In all courts of the United States the parties may plead and conduct their own cases personally or by counsel as, by the rules of such courts, respectively, are permitted to manage and conduct causes therein.

Procedure. This is how you get your case through the court system, often known as the Rules of Procedure (Civil or Criminal).
There are only four types of cases:
Federal
State
Civil
Criminal
Any case; whether it is a divorce, a bankruptcy, or a criminal case, will consist of “two of the above.” E.g., the lawsuit you have been invited to download is a federal civil case.

AMERICANS for FDA REFORM
Like anyone in a fight with Big Brother, we can use all the help we can get. As a famous general once said, “What three things do you need to fight a war? Money, money, and more money.”
Donations will, of course, be appreciated. However, we also realize that, in these troubled economic times, expecting to fund this fight with donations might be somewhat unrealistic. We may have another way.
Go to Leviticus 11. Look for two books, The Strength of Samson: (How to Attain It) and Diagnostic Bodybuilding, both by Michael H. Brown. Brown is a 69-year-old man who lifts weights (see his 120 lb dumbbell bench press on YouTube) that most men half his age can’t come anywhere close to. Brown has agreed to do strength and health seminars (he will tell you that bodybuilding or any type of athletic performance is determined 80% by nutrition) to help us raise money for the fight.
The way it works is this:
Expenses come off the top (room rent, travel, motel, etc.)
Brown gets one-third.
One-third goes to the Americans for FDA Reform to fund the fight.
If you sponsor the seminar, round up the attendees, help with local promotion, etc. you take one-third.
We could also have booths or tables.

Some of you may have seen the Grover Norquist (Americans For Tax Reform) interview on the 60 Minutes TV program November 20, 2011. His organization has been extremely successful in letting members of Congress know that – if they raise taxes – his organization will do everything it can to make sure they are defeated in the next election.
There are a lot of organizations and publications that rail against the FDA. However, there never has been an “Americans for FDA Reform” set up along the same lines. Until now!
