Coral comes from a colony of invertebrate animals that reside in protective exoskeletons. Over time the colony grows over the accumulation of calcium-containing exoskeletons from dead coral, which contain nearly every trace mineral the human body needs. Fossilized coral has soaked in sea water for many years and absorbed minerals from the sea as well.

Only fossilized coral from above sea level is used so the delicate ecosystem of the ocean is not harmed.

Ingredients

Two capsules contain: Calcium 500 mg (from fossilized coral calcium), Vitamin D 400 IU (as Ergocalciferol - a vegetarian source), Magnesium 250 mg (from Magnesium oxide, Citrate, and Aspartate).

Instructions

As a dietary supplement take two or more tablets with meals, dividing multiple tablet dosages among the meals of the day. Keep at room temperature in a dry place, tightly capped.
