Each capsule provides:
Calcium 120 mg
Magnesium 120 mg
and Copper 400 mcg (elemental, from aminoate, citrate-aspartate, ascorbate and, lysinate chelates)
Potassium 20 mg (elemental, from amino-acid proteinate, citrate-aspartate and ascorbate)
Zinc 4 mg and Manganese 2 mg (elemental, from aminoate, citrate-aspartate, ascorbate and picolinate chelates)
Iron 2 mg (divalent elemental, from of aminoate, citrate-aspartate, ascorbate and picolinate chelates)
Iodine 30 mcg (elemental, form marine organic minerals)
Chromium 20 mcg (elemental, from yeast free trivalent GTF chromium)
Selenium 15 mcg (elemental, froml-Selenomethionine, cysteinate, and lysinate)
Marine Organic Trace Minerals 1 mg
Vitamin C 14 mg (from calcium, iron, magnesium, and zinc ascorbates)
Vitamin D 40 IU
Plus a preservative-free gelatin capsule. No yeast, sugar, salt, milk, egg, artificial flavors, artificial colors nor preservatives.

Instructions
